About Us
More than 25 years ago, Ricardo and Minnie Banos were beginning their life together in California.Â
Both shared an entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of the residential care industry. They could see that the need for senior care was growing, but they also believed families deserved an alternative to large, institutional environments. They wanted to bring their own touch to residential care.

Their goal was to create a home where residents could receive the assistance they needed while continuing to be treated as individuals—with dignity, independence and respect.

Family members are encouraged to visit, spend time with their loved ones and remain connected.

California RCFE resident rights provide for visitors to meet privately with residents during reasonable hours without prior notice, as long as the rights of other residents are respected.
